We stand behind our craftsmanship! Here's what our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing and Material Defects: If your footwear experiences a defect in how it's made or with the materials its made with, we'll take care of it.

What's not covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Turriff Shoes are meant to be worn. They will last a long time but with use they show signs of wear, that's expected.

  • Fit and Comfort: Finding the perfect fit is key. We recommend using our sizing guide to help find the best fit. Ask for help if you need it!

  • Misuse and Alterations: We're not responsible for issues caused by improper care or alterations to our footwear.

  • Natural Material Variations: Natural materials may have slight variation in colour and thickness, This adds to their unique charm.

Warranty Claims: If you believe a manufacturing or material defect is present, contact us for a possible replacement, repair or store credit.

Remember: Taking good care of your footwear extends its life! Be sure to clean your shoes from dirt and mud and let them dry out naturally.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

At Turriff Footwear, we're dedicated to providing you with exceptional footwear, crafted with the utmost care. We also pride ourselves on offering some of the best fitting footwear available. If you have any questions regarding sizing please don’t hesitate to ask.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your footwear for a different size please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns: We want you to be happy with your Turriff shoes! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns must have proof of original receipt and be initiated by the original purchaser.

Conditions for Return:

  • Shoes must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

  • No scuff marks, creases, or signs of wear are acceptable.

  • Items returned with signs of wear will be ineligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at andrew@turriffshoes.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. When possible please ship returns and exchanges with your Local Postal Service, not a Courier Service. This will ensure you limit any additional taxes, duties or brokerage fees.

  3. Be sure to clearly mark the package with the value and as "RETURNED GOODS" or "EXCHANGE - RETURN”.

  4. Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return and exchange policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you the new size of your choice. Processing time may vary.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping on return or sizing exchange.

  • To avoid incurring additional taxes or duties, please clearly mark the package as a 'Return' or 'Exchange.' Packages received with undeclared duties or taxes may be refused or have those charges added to your exchange shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

  • Turriff Shoes reserves the right to deny a refund and charge a $30 USD restocking fee for returned items that do not meet our return policy criteria.

  • Decisions regarding the condition of returned items are at the sole discretion of Turriff Shoes.
